The Strike System MXR18 Assault is a longer version of the MX / MT models. The aggressive look of the rifles makes him stand out on the battlefield and a beast during intense gunfights. With polymer body, polymer rail / keymod handguard and external metal barrel. The new Strike System rifle is a value pack, including a battery and charger, the perfect entry-level rifle for new players.
The MXR18 sells out of the box with a MOSFET unit, which improves trigger response and makes battery use more optimal. All this means that the rifle is more durable over time.
Most notable of the Assault MXR18 is the keymod handguard. Very similar to the 'wire cutter' design, the handguard features more accessories at 12 and 6 o'clock than one might imagine.
With the Keymod sections at 3 and 9 o'clock, you have unlimited access to accessories and tactical parts. The monolithic section blends seamlessly with the upper receiver, giving the player even more room to add accessories and adding a more stable platform.
Out of the box, the Assault MXR18 comes with a stock of 'SOPMOD' style cranes. The stock has a textured section for better cheek rest. The compartment located at the back of the stock is easily accessible and can have different types of battery sizes to accommodate the choice of most drummers. The stock is adjustable and easy to use.
The ergonomic pistol grip is designed to promote comfort during extended use. The textured grip maintains player control of the MXR18 during wet operations and prolonged shooting.
The MXR18 comes with foldable front and rear polymer sights that feature fiber optics for quick and easy target acquisition during low-light operations as well as during the day. Easy to deploy, the folding sights act as backup sights if Red dot or scope players fail during the heat of battle. The sights are adjustable.
The rail handguard features picatinny rails at the 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock positions, giving the player unlimited possibilities to place tactical accessories such as lights, lasers, grenade launchers, etc.
