TRIGGER SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT
Five trigger sensors allow you to control the trigger sensitivity. You don't have to disassemble your AEG. Simply use the tactical programming card or the GATE Control Station™ app to adjust the trigger to your preferences.
CONFIGURABLE FIRE SELECTOR (gen.2)
Two sensor selectors allow you to use up to six fire selection modes, including the innovative SEMI-BURST-AUTO mode.
CYCLE DETECTION
Thanks to the gear sensor, TITAN detects precisely in which position the cycle should end. Therefore, even the shortest firing action produces at least one complete cycle.
Thanks to the cycle detection function you will get:
Automatic BURST - no need to set the burst time. You can set the burst between two and 10 shots;
AUTOMATIC PRE-COCKING - Pre-arming is fully operational in SEMI, BURST and AUTO modes and there is no need to manually set the pre-arming increment. You can simply set the pre-arming to high, medium or low;
FULL CYCLE - when the pre-arming is off, TITAN ensures that the gearbox completes a full cycle. You gain greater reliability.
PRE-COCKING (gen.2 *)
Winning the game is often a matter of fractions of seconds. Thanks to PRE-COCKING, you get a firing reaction similar to a real pistol. It allows initial spring compression, which accelerates the trigger response significantly.
There are two PRE-COCKING MODES:
AUTO MODE - the spring compresses automatically after each shot,
SMART MODE : the slow release action compresses the spring and the quick release action triggers the shot.
And three PRE-COCKING BOOST options : HIGH / MID / LOW
* Now the pre-cooking is fully operational in SEMI, BURST and AUTO modes and there is no need to set the pre-cooking boost manually. Please note that the use of PRE-COCKING increases the wear of the gearbox.
BURST (gen.2 *)
Burst allows you to fire a predetermined number of BBs, which is very useful in MILSLIM and when using low-caps.
* There is no need to set the burst time. You can easily set the burst between two and 10 shots.
ROF CONTROL
This allows a reduction in the rate of fire of a weapon. It uses stronger LiPo batteries, and still has a ROF like a real gun.
ROF STAB Allows you to change the operation of the ROF Control:
ON - ROF Control uses PWM to decrease ROF. Thanks to this gearbox it works smoothly which decreases the wear of AEG's internal parts.
OFF - ROF Control adds cuts between shots to decrease ROF. It gives you a more realistic experience.
Friction Delay Allows you to set the delay between each SEMI shot to simulate reload or recoil delay. You can set a delay of 0.5s, 1s, 2s or 3s.
SMART TRIGGER
We know how vital rapid fire response is during combat. This is why we have developed the Smart Trigger function. It allows you to get a faster trigger response. It works with the ROF Control System. During the first shot, the microprocessor sets the ROF Control to 100%. After the first shot, it switches to a pre-programmed value (e.g. 50%). As a consequence, the first shot is triggered at full ROF, and subsequent shots at reduced ROF. Best results can be achieved by using a battery with a higher voltage than standard. For example, if you use a 7.4V battery, you can replace it with 11.1V. This way, you will get a faster firing response with the same rate of fire as with a standard battery.
* Works only when ROB STAB is ON.
AUG MODE
Enjoy two stages of shooting. Activate the AUG mode and set two different trigger sensitivities. Pulling the trigger slightly will produce a SEMI or BURST fire and pulling the trigger will produce a BURST or AUTO burst (depending on the fire selector mode).
BATTERY PROTECTION (gen.2 *)
Protection against excessive battery discharge. Modern LiPo and LiFe batteries are very sensitive to excessive discharge. If you do not want to damage the battery and are concerned about its life span, this protection is indispensable. The microprocessor constantly monitors the battery voltage. When the voltage drops to a critical level, it will not allow tripping.
* TITAN automatically detects the number of cells. There is no need to reprogram TITAN every time you change the battery.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
When the battery voltage drops to a predefined level, the motor vibrates at regular intervals.
SMART FUSE
We have developed an electronic fuse with an accurate current sensor. A combination of current, voltage and temperature measurements makes your AEG installation highly reliable. It protects the MOSFET against overheating, overload and short circuit. If your airsoft gun jams, the function protects the motor and battery against damage.
ADAPTIVE ACTIVE BRAKE
Automatically adjusts the braking power of the motor according to your needs. This prolongs the service life of the motor.
MOSFET
Do you want to achieve a higher ROF and a faster trigger response? Are you planning a power upgrade of your weapon? In that case, you need a MOSFET. It points the battery power directly to the motor, bypassing the mechanical trigger contacts. As a result, you get a higher gun ROF and faster trigger response.
BUILT-IN SELF-DIAGNOSTICS
This allows you to quickly check if the drop-down module is working properly. It helps pinpoint where the problem is when something goes wrong.
COATING
Thanks to its special conformal coating, our product is resistant to atmospheric conditions (Military Specification MIL-V-173C).
T-DEAN READY
The product has factory installed low resistance T-Dean connectors.
MINI-TAMIYA ADAPTER
Thanks to the Mini Tamiya adapters included in the kit, you can easily connect your batteries with this type of connector.
14.8V LI-PO READY
The removable module can be used with batteries up to 14.8V LI-PO. The minimum operating voltage is 3V and the maximum is 17V.

This mosfet uses optical sensors. It completely eliminates the contact cube of the replica, replacing it with a modern programmable controller.
It is a drop-in mosfet which is supplied with wiring and all the necessary elements during assembly.
By using this chip, you have access to 20 different functions.
A great convenience is the ability to configure TITAN in the field using the Tactical Programming Card or simply using USB-Link and the GATE Control Station computer application, as well as trigger programming.
